Qualifications

• Diplôme en ingénierie requis (Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diplôme).
• Expérience préalable en environnement de cleanroom / fabrication souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Supporter les opérations et l'entretien des équipements d'automatisation.
• Effectuer des contrôles quotidiens pour surveiller les paramètres de fonctionnement.

Job Details

• Working hours: 12 hours rotating shift (4 3 3 4, day and night)
• Location: Tampines
• Salary: Up to $3000 + S$200-300 (average shift allowance) + S$110 fixed allowance + AWS + VB (1-2 months per annum) + OTHER BENEFITS

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, production and application support for automation equipment with regard to operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation or upgrading.
• First level, front-end support to maintain AMHS operations and trouble AMHS includes RGV (Raid Guided Vehicles), OHT (Overhead Hoist Transfer) and AIV (Automated Intelligent Vehicles).
• Perform daily/routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters and MPI/MMM check sheets, prompt updating onto monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications.
• Troubleshoot and perform quick equipment breakdown recovery, carry out corrective/preventive maintenance, upgrading, modification or improvement work together with
• Ensure workstations are in excellent 5S housekeeping and safety
• Monitor the automation equipment utilization performance through OEE (availability and performance rates).
• Help to manage and control critical spare parts and inventory record/management regularly.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering related studies
• Prior working experience in cleanroom / manufacturing environment
