1. Assist Engineer to Handle Calibration Service

• Portable/Fixed gas detector annual calibration
• Pressure & temperature calibrator calibration
• UTI calibration
• ACB, VCB, boiler level gauge, AUS unloading calibration
• Cargo pump separator transmitter calibration, OWS, ODME calibration
• Hydraulic Service
• Crane annual inspection, maintenance, repair, and load testing
• Hatch cover service (Macgregor, TTS)
• Hydraulic Motor / Hydraulic pump / hydraulic v/v block / autuator overhaul
• Windlass / Mooring winch brake testing and repairing
• Rescue boat engine servicing
• Blast water treatment system service
• Plate heat exchanger maintenance and overhauling
• Boiler repairing and retubing
• Noise and vibration measurement
• Main Engine (M/E) & Auxiliary Engine (A/E) Service
• Engine overhaul
• Remote control system / Pneumatic control system service (Kongsberg, Nabtesco)
• Governor overhaul
• Oil mist detector system overhaul

2. Assist to handle Electric & Automation Service

• MSB/ESB/ACB service
• Fire detection & alarm system
• Fire detection & alarm system (Tyco, Consillium, Autronica, etc.)
• Water mist system
• Level gauge / draft gauge system service
• Valve remote control system
• Boiler / Incinerator automation service
• 15 PPM calibration with certificate
• Telephone system
• MGPS & ICCP

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vessel main engine automation systems or related field
• Proficiency in relevant engineering principles, hands-on experience with equipment or systems, and good knowledge of electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Highly motivated for worldwide support activities (traveling is required)

• Work as a team player, self-motivated, and independent

• Class 3 driving license
