Responsibilities
Develop new manufacturing and repair process technology.
Focus on developing automation and robotics process.
Create a validation plan for repair materials/process technology.
Ensure successful transfer of development processes.
Monitor and communicate project status.
Document technical data generated for projects.
Provide continuous improvement support.
Utilize lean-manufacturing values for daily work.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Basic experience with CAD software
Basic experience with computing
Familiarity with programming languages (Python, C++, Java)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team collaboration
Understanding of lean methodology

Education
