Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of automated machinery, robotic systems, and factory equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in robotic systems and other automated equipment, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections, updating operational parameters and monitoring systems to ensure equipment operates within specifications.
• Collaborate with the Automation Engineer to support production operations, including the setup and validation of robotic systems and participation in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
• Hands-on experience with robotic systems, including basic programming knowledge in PLC, HMI, and control systems, and proficiency in troubleshooting automation-related issues.
• At least 3 years of experience in process control, automation, or robotics, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
