Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring for an operations and engineering support role in Singapore. You will assist with operational and technical activities, perform machine and equipment maintenance and calibration, and establish SOPs and machine manuals to support comprehensive servicing.

You will identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance machine efficiency and reduce rejects, plan and evaluate engineering projects for cost and productivity, and implement industrial safety

Responsibilities

• Provide support for operational and technical activities
• Machine & Equipment maintenance / calibration
• Establish SOP and machine manual to provide comprehensive servicing and maintenance programmes
• Identify areas of process improvement and automation to implement work improvement programmes to achieve desired machine efficiency and reject rate
• Plan, evaluate and improve technical/engineering projects for cost and productivity
• Implementation of industrial safety practice to ensure compliance
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
