Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QEHS Engineer to support and enhance the company's Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with ISO standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a safety- and quality-focused culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality systems and EHS management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the company's QEHS Management System in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards

Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across operations

Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

Coordinate management reviews, compliance reporting, and documentation control

Develop and deliver training programs on QEHS policies, safe work procedures, and best practices

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., certification bodies, auditors, vendors) to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance

Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and EHS performance indicators, proposing improvement plans

Support cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities such as root cause analysis, FMEA, and 8D reports

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in QEHS initiatives

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field

2-5 years of experience in QEHS roles within manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments

Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local regulatory requirements

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Familiarity with audit processes, CAPA systems, and EHS tools

Team player with a hands-on and proactive approach
