Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Automation Equipment Technician in Singapore to sustain and improve advanced automation systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain automation equipment such as AMHS, ASRS, and AGV.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues in electro-mechanical equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration activities to maintain equipment within specifications.
• Implement equipment modifications as directed by engineering teams.
• Monitor tool performance and ensure compliance with shift KPIs for uptime and quality.
• Prepare detailed shift reports and conduct effective passdowns.
• Execute continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Analyze equipment data to recommend advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through proper housekeeping practices.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering stakeholders to resolve production line issues promptly.
• Support automation integration projects and assist in deploying new technologies.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and EHS protocols during all maintenance activities.

As an Automation Equipment Technician, you will play a critical role in sustaining and improving advanced automation equipment within the manufacturing environment.
