Job summary

WuXi XDC in Singapore is seeking an experienced specialist to oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Emerson DeltaV (DCS) systems to ensure GMP compliance and data integrity. The role also supports system lifecycle activities like change control, deviations, CAPA, qualification, validation, and GMP release.

You will manage DS automation equipment, coordinate with vendors, and provide technical support for manufacturing operations, driving improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in biomedical/pharmaceutical or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biomedical industry.
• Familiar with Emerson DeltaV System.
• Familiar with network, domain and other related service.
• Familiar with Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Familiar with DS process and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the DeltaV (DCS) to ensure system reliability, availability, and GMP compliance.
• Operate and maintain DS automation equipment, including UF/DF systems, bioreactors, SoloVPE, LabX, and other process control and analytical systems.
• Administer DS computerized systems, including user account management, periodic access review, data backup and recovery, and system time synchronization.
• Support system lifecycle activities, including change control, deviation investigation, CAPA, qualification/validation, and GMP release.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations and troubleshoot automation issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
