You will report to the Group CFO and manage day-to-day bookkeeping for Singapore entities, handle GST/compliance, and coordinate audits while contributing to group consolidation and the design of an in-house accounting system. The role requires 3–6 years of accounting experience, ACCA/CA studies in progress, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a hands-on approach to building scalable

Qualifications

• Degree in accountancy or equivalent; ACCA/ISCA/CA Singapore in progress encouraged.
• 3–6 years of accounting experience with ownership of full-set bookkeeping.
• Proficient in preparing consolidated accounts and Excel-based analyses.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups and data management.
• Practical daily use of AI tools to improve work efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set bookkeeping for Singapore entities, including payables/receivables, banking, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and prepare schedules for accurate records.
• Run automated management reporting packs to support business decisions.
• Prepare GST returns and assist with corporate tax/compliance processes.
• Oversee cash management and execute payment runs to maintain liquidity.
• Lead month-end and year-end closes and assist group consolidation.
