Position:Automated Chemistry Researcher
Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities

Conduct automation project experiments independently, ensuring data accuracy and project completion on schedule.

Analyze experimental data using AI spectrum interpretation, and create charts and reports with software like Origin and ChemDraw.

Assess and optimize AI models and automation components in chemical settings, and provide feedback on system failures.

Collaborate with AI and automation teams to develop a robust AI-driven automation platform.

Ensure lab safety, efficient resource use, and routine equipment maintenance.

Mentor junior researchers, solve routine issues, and share expertise.

Complete other tasks as assigned.

Necessary Qualifications and Qualities

Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical synthesis, with knowledge of automation and computer science.

Minimum 2 years of organic synthesis experience, preferably over 3 years in a CRO/CDMO.

Strong organic chemistry foundation, lab equipment proficiency, and high safety awareness.

Excellent learning and problem-solving skills, results-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.

Proficient in chemical software (ChemDraw, Scifinder/Reaxys) and literature research.

Strong work ethic, responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills.

Passion for pharmaceutical R&D and enthusiasm for AI and automation in the industry.

Fluent in English， basic Mandarin as you will need to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Willingness to travel internationally.
