Job summary

HUI JIE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Draftsman to support renovation, addition and alteration projects.

You will prepare and update detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction details while coordinating with project managers and site teams to meet deadlines. The role requires at least 3 years of drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience on Singapore construction projects.
• Experience with Renovation and A&A projects preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM is an advantage.
• Interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Familiar with Singapore drawing standards and practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update detailed construction and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, layout plans and construction details.
• Support Renovation, A&A and building construction projects.
• Coordinate drawings with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and site teams.
• Revise drawings according to site conditions and consultant comments.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and submitted within project deadlines.
• Assist with material specifications and technical documentation.
