Job summary

Metro Builders Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated junior Draftsman to prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings for lift and escalator interior works. You will produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings and other project-related drawings.

No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided, and you will learn to amend drawings per client comments, coordinate with Project Engineers and the fabrication team, and maintain proper records.

Qualifications

• Basic AutoCAD knowledge is required.
• No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings for lift and escalator interior works.
• Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings and other project-related drawings.
• Amend drawings according to client comments and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers/Coordinators and fabrication team.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and issued per project schedules.
• Assist with measurements and drawing-related documentation.
• Maintain records and filing of drawings and revisions.
• Carry out other drafting-related duties as assigned.
