Job summary
A plumbing and sanitary engineering company in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to perform plumbing and sanitary system design, produce detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD, and manage project-related documentation. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience, and possess strong teamwork and detail-oriented skills.

- Carry out proper procedures & preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue & authority submission of the project assigned.
- To perform plumbing and sanitary system design and calculations for assigned projects
- Production of shop-drawings and as-built drawings, using AutoCAD
- Create AutoCAD Drawings
- Document control of submissions (Technical data, shop-drawings, as-built)
- Draw/Amend/Update/using AutoCAD according to specs, co-ordinate with project department
- Support Project Engineer in managing RFIs
- Coordinate with clients to resolve any issues arising out of shop drawing comments
- Develop shop drawings according to the schedule and Achieve the drawing submission schedule
- Create and refine drawings with AutoCAD, including proposed layouts, detailed plans, and etc.
- Help organize and document various project aspects.
- Take on additional drafting tasks as needed by the Tender/ Project Team.
- Carry out general office duties, handle phone calls, emails, and deal with letters and paperwork.
- Work together with team members and lend support wherever needed.
- Monitor office supplies and reorder stock when required.
- Support the Project Team with administrative tasks like producing and laminating of signages, printing of OMM materials etc.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, AUTOCAD, Drawing Interpretation
- Must be Detail-oriented and Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good Team Player with initiatives, responsible and positive work attitude
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
- Salary will commensurate with experience
