Job description

Job Summary:

• Drafter (AutoCad)

• Permanent role

• Basic salary up to $ 4,000

• Monday to Saturday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM

• Location: Tai Seng

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for project-based structures and systems

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce precise CAD deliverables

• Maintain and update drawing directories and CAD libraries for project accuracy and consistency

• Manage and organize BIM data and digital asset libraries

• Generate BIM models, general arrangement drawings, and schedules in collaboration with project teams

• Liaise with main contractors and project management teams to ensure design alignment

• Prepare clash detection reports and lead resolution meetings with relevant disciplines

• Support submission of drawings for clearance and approval in coordination with project leads

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings to ensure project compliance and efficiency
  

Additional Information:

• Preferably at least two years of experience in in Civil or Electrical Drafting

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
