Job summary

LINH & LINH PRINT STUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural/Interior Designer with a focus on hospitality and F&B projects. The role involves producing design documentation, tender drawings, and detailed plans, plus translating concepts into working documents across all project phases.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, advanced CAD skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural or Interior Design (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality and F&B projects.
• Advanced CAD skills and familiarity with design software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design documentation including tender and detailing drawings.
• Render plans and section elevations; translate concepts into working documents for all project phases.
• Work efficiently on AutoCAD and Photoshop.

You role shall include but not limited to:

• Responsible for preparation of design documentation, including tender,and detailing drawings.
• Responsible for render plans and section elevations, translate concept designs into working documents for all phases of the process.
• Work efficiently and speedily on AutoCad and Photoshop.
• Responsible, creative and work independently.
• Technical & product research & review with design team.
• Flexibility in handling multiple projects.
• Must possess relevant Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitalities and F&B projects.
• Advanced CAD skills.
• Good Adobe CS skills (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), knowledge of sketch up will be a plus.
• PC versatility essential.
• Experience in hospitalities and F&B projects.
• Good knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standard, good organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, good communication and problem solving skills.
• Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment.
