Pathlight School / Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) invites motivated interns to support students with autism across teaching, EIP, and employability tracks. You will assist in daily activities, manage routines, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

The role offers hands-on experience in special education settings, with supervision, training, and meaningful opportunities to build communication, teamwork, and empathy in a real-world context.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support students or clients.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a training-focused internship.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers or job coaches in delivering daily learning activities.
• Assist in maintaining structured, safe environments in classrooms or workplaces.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support based on individual needs.
• Help prepare teaching, training, or vocational materials and resources.
