Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing is required.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Experience with adults with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Plan, implement, evaluate and revise individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide emotional support during meltdowns of residents.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic care environment.
• Supervise nurse aides or healthcare assistants and provide clinical guidance.
• Maintain clinical records in line with prevailing standards/regulations.
