Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to play a key role in the support of the audit team. This role is pivotal to performing specific audit tasks/procedures during the course of the audit, collaborating with and supporting the auditors in their engagement. This role will report to the respective team managers and will work closely with various stakeholders, including external parties.

Responsibilities

  • Execute specific audit tasks under supervision, including but not limited to, retrieval and inspection of physical documents based on specific audit procedures and documenting the findings thereof, preparation of working papers, administrative tasks etc.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all designated tasks, as well as timely updates of the auditors.
  • Help to organise, schedule and coordinate between auditors and internal/external stakeholders as and when requested
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Managers/Partners

Requirements

  • At least GCE O/A/N Level with years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word and excel) and basic computer software applications
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a positive, pro-active, and helpful attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels with professionalism
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
