Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for audit planning, system review and audit fieldwork.

  • Expected to assist the Manager/Partner in planning and meeting clients to clarify and resolve accounting/auditing issues.

  • Perform & execute risk-based approach.

  • Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements.

  • Cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes a shared commitment to excellence for achieving the firm's quality, client service, people, and financial objectives.

  • Help to develop risk assessments and determine the appropriate audit strategy for each assignment.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, ACCA or equivalent recognised by ISCA or Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Accountancy or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

  • At least 1 to 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for Associate/Senior position.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate well with people of all levels.

  • A good understanding of pertinent business and risk management issues and familiarity with the regulatory and reporting environment.

  • Able to work independently and handle stress under tight deadlines with commitment.

  • Computer knowledge and good command of English.

  • Able to lead assistants and dedicate work to ensure the assignment is completed within timeline.
