Job summary

A reputable accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an Audit Associate to participate in audit planning and execution. The successful candidate will prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations while contributing to a collaborative work environment that values quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent recognized by ISCA.
• 3-5 years of audit experience in a medium-size accounting firm.
• Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements in audit consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Engagement planning and controls analysis, audit documentation preparations.
• Reviewing business procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Preparation of financial statements and audit finalization reports.

Job description

Responsibilities include:

• Initial engagement planning, analysis of controls and processes, preparations and review of audit documentations, management letters and reports
• Review on business procedures and regulations ensuring on the integrity of operations data and follow compliance.
• Preparation of statutory financial statements and audit finalization reports
• Internal control testing

Requirements include:

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA
• At least 3-5 year of audit experience preferably in a medium-size accounting firm.
• Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements in audit consultancy.
