Job description

GYK is a professional services firm with more than 40 years of presence in Singapore and APAC. As a firm, GYK focuses on Audit, Tax, Corporate Secretary, Consulting and M&A across APAC region. Our audit team helps clients to meet their local statutory and regulatory (MAS) requirements. You may also be tasked to support on tax compliance support to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Performing audit engagements from engagement planning, preparing audit documentations, financial statements and reports
• Performing compilation engagements and prepare financial statements and reports
• Identify audit issues and concerns and communicate to audit team and partner
• Lead and review the work of Audit Associates
• Liaise and obtain information from clients
• Provide tax compliance service to clients
• Assisting in AUP assignments and special projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent. Training will be provided.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit.
• Able to work independently and also a good team player.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with people at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
