Job summary

BDO Singapore is seeking a driven Manager to join our Audit & General Assurance practice. You will manage portfolios across industries, perform financial and management reviews, and offer strategic recommendations to clients.

You will lead a team, ensuring timely delivery within budget, while fostering high client satisfaction. The role requires strong technical accounting/auditing knowledge, with 7–10 years of experience, ideally from a large or mid-tier international firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting/auditing standards and related regulations.
• Experience with IPOs, due diligence and advisory is advantageous.
• Ideally from a large/mid-tier international accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clienteles including listed companies, SMEs and MNCs across industries.
• Provide operational, financial and management reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Promote new business propositions and expand services to existing clients.
• Lead and coach audit professionals within budget and time constraints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop deep understanding of client concerns and provide analytics to resolve assurance issues.

Job description

We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic professionals with relevant experience to join our growing audit practice within the Audit & General Assurance group.

As a Manager your areas of responsibilities will be :

• Managing a portfolio of clienteles which include listed companies, SMEs and MNC from crossed industries.
• Providing operational, financial and management review as well as professional recommendation of management actions based on insightful analysis to our clienteles.
• Promoting new business propositions and plans expanding upon services already rendered to existing clients.
• Strong capability and ability to lead and manage within budget and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction.
• Acquire high level understanding of Client’s concerns, and provide detailed analytics and assistance in resolving any assurance related issues
• Abreast with the latest technical and accounting & finance standards and policies

Desired Skills and Experience

• Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognized by ICPAS
• Minimum 7 -10 years of strong technical (accounting/auditing standards and related regulations), IPOs, due diligence and special advisory would be advantageous
• Ideally from a large/mid-tier international accounting firms
