Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and CPA Singapore qualifications, with 3+ years in a managerial auditing role and familiarity with CaseWare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA Singapore qualification obtained or in progress.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Working knowledge of CaseWare audit software.

Responsibilities

• Define audit strategy in consultation with director/partner and execute it in accordance with firm policies.
• Lead teams on engagements and monitor progress against the plan.
• Manage engagements profitably and lead team efficiency.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide performance feedback and on-the-job training to staff.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other assurance teams.
• Develop people to think independently and take responsibility for their contributions.
