BDO Singapore is seeking motivated Managers/Senior Managers to join our Audit & General Assurance group. You will manage a portfolio of clients including listed companies, SMEs and MNCs, delivering operational and financial reviews with actionable recommendations.

You will lead and coach audit professionals, ensure timely delivery within budget, and identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed.

Formación

• Experience in audit or assurance services.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of listed, SME and multinational clients across industries.
• Provide operational, financial and management reviews with insightful recommendations.
• Promote new business propositions and expand services to existing clients.
• Lead teams within budget and time constraints to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Understand client concerns and provide analytics to resolve assurance issues.
• Stay abreast of latest accounting, auditing standards and policies.
