Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an AVP, Audit Manager in Singapore to lead audits across Global Consumer & Private Banking Lending. You will work with a team to deliver high-quality assurance, leverage data analytics and AI tools, and engage stakeholders across the bank.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple audits and drive improvements in internal controls.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant credit and business, or audit experience in Consumer, Private Banking and/or Small Business.
• Strong analytical and managerial skills, with the ability to perform detailed work while seeing the big picture.
• Good interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.
• Ability to lead in diverse audits and advisory engagements.
• Experience with data analytics, Generative AI and ML tools for control testing and risk monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Audit Management: lead and conduct audits of consumer, private banking and small business units.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain relationships with divisional leaders and provide updates on risk themes.
• Team Management: guide and develop auditors, promote analytics, and ensure quality outputs.
• Risk assessment: identify root causes and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen controls.
