Responsibilities

• Plan engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately address risk.
• Perform review and provide guidance of audit teams’ findings, have sound knowledge of Singapore FRS and Singapore Standards on Auditing
• Demonstrate an ability to lead and motivate others.
• Manage a team of audit professionals and assist Audit Partner in delivering assurance services with strong initiative and self-motivation
• Monitor team progress and drive performance
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities
• Managers will be expected to have shown an on-going commitment to their personal and professional development through continuing education and development.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree, ACCA, CA Singapore or equivalent professional qualification
• Have 6 years of relevant experience in a professional accounting firm in Singapore and at least 2 years’ experience in leading a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
