Audit - Experienced Associate to Assistant Manager, Singapore

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

1. Working in teams to acquire an in-depth understanding of our client's business;
2. Carrying out the audit based on audit planning, prepare appropriate audit work papers;
3. Understanding the relationships between objectives of the audit sections, the need for the sufficiency of audit evidence, and presentation of the conclusions

The ideal candidate should have:

1. A recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent
2. Brings along 1 - 3 years of experience in handling a portfolio of listed clients
3. A good understanding of pertinent business and risk management issues and familiarity with the relevant regulatory and reporting standards
4. Good working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and SOX-404
5. Experience in handling IPO engagements is greatly advantageous
6. Excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen
