Responsibilities
  • Responsible for audit planning, system review and audit fieldwork.
  • Carry out audit work of companies in various industries.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and audit finalisation reports.
  • Perform internal control testing.
  • Audit of special engagements
  • Assist in other assignments and special projects
  • Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes a shared commitment to excellence for achieving the firm’s quality, client service, people, and financial objective.
  • Help to develop risk assessments and determine the appropriate audit strategy for each assignment
  • Provide quality assurance of audit file.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy recognised by ISCA/ACCA, or those pursuing the final stage of ACCA or CPA Australia or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of audit experience preferably in a medium-size accounting firm.
  • Keen interest in the accounting profession
  • Good team player, shows initiative, responsibility and commitment
  • Able to work with least supervision
