Job summary

You will assist in planning and performing fieldwork, examining financial statements and internal controls, and preparing working papers for review.

The role offers exposure to diverse industries and a structured environment to develop technical and professional skills; Diploma/Degree in accounting or finance plus ACCA/CA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA or CPA.
• At least 1 year of relevant audit experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and performing audit fieldwork in accordance with audit standards and firm methodologies.
• Examine financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare audit working papers and documentation to support audit conclusions.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures.
• Communicate audit findings to seniors and managers.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and schedules.
• Liaise with clients to obtain audit information and clarifications.
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
