Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment on school premises
- Provide AV support (lighting, audio, video, stage) for internal and external events
- Assist staff and teachers with AV setup for lessons, meetings, and events
- Support video recording and editing of school events and lessons
- Manage and maintain school digital signages
- Assist ICT staff and support AV-related procurement processes
- Recommend AV equipment purchases when needed
- Manage AV resources (e.g., equipment loans, venue bookings, asset management, audits)
- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and basic repairs of AV equipment
- Liaise with vendors for AV repairs and support
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
- Create user guides for common AV setups
- Support video creation, editing, photography, and graphic design
- Any other duties assigned by the school
Requirements:
- Diploma (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in a school environment
- Strong knowledge of AV systems and equipment
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting sound systems, projectors, video cameras, lighting, and control systems
- Familiarity with editing software (Audacity, Reaper, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
