Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Events Executive in providing engineering and event support to the Pay Per Use Facilities, Training Room, Event Halls, and other event areas.
2. Carry out maintenance work according to the maintenance schedule and monitor AV contractors during regular servicing.
3. Respond to users’ feedback on events venues promptly.
4. Perform basic AV troubleshooting and diagnosis on AV issues and requests.
5. Provide feedback on AV equipment performance, safety requirements, and suggested improvements.
6. Assist in the setup and turnover of event spaces as per required configurations.
7. Stand by during events to set up AV systems and equipment.
8. Conduct regular inspections of AV systems and equipment, submitting reports as required.
9. Ensure proper handover of event spaces and equipment, including sign-off procedures.
10. Track and manage event logistics and inventory.
11. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors or JLL.
