Min. higher Nitec in any discipline; Min with at least 1 year's experience in IT or Audio Visual industry; Candidates with Interior Design Industry background will be a value-added advantage; Candidates with experience in sales, especially M&E construction industry, will be a value-added advantage. Candidates with experience in Audio Visual / IT Solutions will be a value-added advantage. Candidates with experience in dealing with the building and construction industry will be a value-added advantage. Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. Organised, detailed-oriented, and hardworking. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Candidates need to liaise with China supplier with writing or spoken in Mandarin language. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads, qualify new opportunities for projects targeted at MNCs / new buildings or projects across industries (includes education, government, entertainment, large-venue, and healthcare industries) and increase sales closing rate of qualified opportunities.
  • Plan, implement, and organize customer or consultant visit/meeting for project management execution.
  • Preparation of tender document, quotation, and follow-up after-sales services as well as ensure timely collection.
  • Sales management including project report and execution of sales orders.
  • Liaise with customers on technical advice.
  • Understand and translate customer’s requirements and work closely with project provision in creation of solution proposal.
  • Liaise with existing clients.
  • Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills regarding technical solutions.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
