About the Role:
We are seeking a technically proficient and hands-on Audio Visual Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is professionally trained and experienced in deploying and supporting AV systems from leading global brands, with a strong background in on-site integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and support AV systems including Crestron Flex, Logitech Rally, Neat, Poly Studio, Cisco Webex, and other enterprise-grade video conferencing solutions
- Manage on-site installation tasks, including cable pulling, termination, mounting, and equipment setup
- Perform software installations, firmware updates, system integration, and end-to-end testing & commissioning of AV systems
- Integrate and configure control systems and peripherals such as:
- Control Systems: Crestron, Extron, AMX
- Audio/Video: Biamp, QSC, BOSS, Kramer
- Displays & Projections: Samsung, LG, projectors, video walls, digital signage
- Environmental Systems: A/C, lighting, curtains, and shade control
- Security Systems: CCTV, biometric systems, intercoms, and access control
- Guide and support engineers and technicians throughout project implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV-related issues collaboratively with on-site teams
- Maintain documentation and provide training to end-users when necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or AV Engineering
- 3–5 years' experience in AV integration and deployment
- Proven proficiency in leading AV and VC platforms (Crestron, Logitech, Poly, etc.)
- Hands-on skills in cabling, commissioning, and systems integration
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel on-site and work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
Preferred Certifications (Bonus):
- Crestron Certified Programmer or Technician
- Extron, QSC, or Biamp Certification
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
