Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AV technician to support live events. You will set up and operate audio/visual equipment, perform live audio mixing, and ensure lighting gear is prepared and maintained.

You will coordinate with event organizers, internal teams, and external vendors, manage schedules and cue sheets, and handle post-event handover, data backups, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs live events experience in audio mixer and its controls.
• Experience setting up and operating AV equipment per requirements.
• Experience performing audio editing and postproduction works.
• Ability to liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot lighting issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform audio mixing for live events in MPH and studios.
• Set up and operate AV equipment for school functions and daily use.

Job description

• Minimum 3 yrs live events experiences in Audio mixer and its controls
• Set up and operate AV equipment as per requirements (school functions and daily use); provide AV related expertise on equipment set-up
• Performing audio mixing in live events in MPH and other studios
• Performing audio editing and postproduction works
• Responsible for Lighting equipments; conduct stocktaking and inventory checking periodically
• Ensure all necessary equipment are available in MPH, Seminar Hall & other studios and maintained in good condition
• Liaise and supervise external vendor to troubleshoot Lighting–related problems
• Collaborate closely with event organizers, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver events on time and within scope
• Manage event schedules, cue sheets, and production timelines during live events
• Assist with post-event tasks, including recording handover, data backups, and technical documentation
