Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
Pre-opening
  • Perform stress tests on equipment, systems, and processes, providing feedback on issues and gaps identified during tests.
  • Support the team in moving in furniture, fittings, and equipment.
Attractions Operations
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of attractions, including queue and crowd management, cleanliness, and show quality.
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences by managing on-ground feedback and addressing service lapses.
  • Ensure all attractions comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Implement ideas to improve business growth, attraction enhancements, safety, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform ticketing and cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with full-scale event logistics, including setup and teardown.
  • Monitor guest areas to promptly clear used dining items during events.
  • Facilitate planned party activities and games.
  • Plan and conduct interactive storytelling sessions.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Prior customer service or attractions experience is an advantage.
  • Service-driven, pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Good team player who can also work independently.
  • Physically fit to endure long hours of standing.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
