Attending Consultant/ Senior Resident- General Anesthesia

As a Senior Resident/Attending Consultant in Anaesthesia at Patparganj-Max Super Speciality Hospital, your main responsibility is to provide direct or indirect accurate medical attention to patients requiring anaesthesia before surgical procedures. Your role involves delivering high-quality Pre-anaesthesia, anaesthesia, and Post-operative anaesthesia care within the hospital setting.Your key responsibilities include interfacing effectively with patients, technicians, nursing staff, and service users, demonstrating technical and professional knowledge, ensuring comprehensive pre, INTRA, and post-operative care, being available for emergency calls, supervising staff to maintain high standards, actively participating in educational activities, coordinating on infrastructure and equipment matters, and complying with service quality, environmental, and occupational policies.Additionally, you are expected to facilitate teaching and training programs, ensure optimal resource utilization, maintain discipline, and adhere to company policies and practices. Key performance indicators include providing total support to OT operations, preventing hospital-borne infections, avoiding surgery postponements, ensuring statutory compliance, following ISO guidelines, and reporting relevant issues to the Head of Department.Minimum qualifications for this role include MD/DNB in Anesthesia, with 0-3 years of relevant experience in a renowned hospital. Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with strong man management and interpersonal skills, are essential.
