Job summary

The CAA Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a senior professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of ATM support systems. You will design architectures, manage tech refresh projects, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong experience in information-centric systems, cloud and on-prem deployments, and robust cybersecurity governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing information-centric systems.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud deployments.
• Familiar with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Strong cybersecurity compliance experience.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATM support systems projects, including replacements, enhancements and tech refreshes.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and meets requirements.
• Design system architecture and develop technical specifications for on-site and cloud deployments.
• Coordinate with users and stakeholders to define technical and cybersecurity requirements.
• Seek approvals from authorities for system designs and specs.
• Prepare budgets and implement project plans; identify and mitigate risks.
• Conduct procurement activities for enhancements and upgrades and evaluate solutions.
• Implement, test and commission ATM support systems with vendors.
• Support ongoing operation and maintenance, including preventive and corrective tasks.
