This allows you to start burning fat and calories immediately, compared to the 20 to 30 minutes typically needed with normal exercises. This process speeds up fat and calorie burning, making your workout time-efficient and requiring less effort, while also helping to build stamina.

It is ideal for indoor training during wet or extremely hot weather conditions. Our air-conditioning is maintained at a comfortable temperature of about 25 to 27 degrees Celsius, ensuring the body remains warm and blood circulation stays optimal.
