is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to develop, debug, and validate ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products. You will operate Advantest 93K (SmarTest 7/8) and Teradyne UltraFlex platforms to execute test procedures, collaborate with design engineers to debug first-silicon issues, and characterize devices across PVT conditions to validate performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms, especially Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex.
• Strong analog and digital electronics knowledge.
• Experience in ATE test program development and debugging.
• Ability to characterize devices and support production release.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and bring up ATE test programs for semiconductor products.
• Operate Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFlex platforms to execute tests.
• Collaborate with design engineers to debug first-silicon issues and support production release.
• Characterize devices under PVT conditions to validate performance.
• Support yield improvement and test-time reduction initiatives.
