• Lead, plan, and execute job expectations including packing & production planning.
• Update job status information to all staff during daily briefings.
• Implement production and quality reviews with operating staff.
• Operate reach-truck and manage inventory in the warehouse.
• Organize storage area and recommend improvements.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and input data.
• Ensure warehouse security and proper equipment operation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Analyze data to resolve personnel problems and recommend actions.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism.
• Champion the project to establish Singapore as a Logistics hub.

Job Responsibilities

• Strong ability to lead, plan, and execute job expectations including packing & production planning, monitoring, and adhering to policies and procedures.
• Update relevant information, including job status, from respective operations to all operative and administrative staff during daily morning briefings.
• Implement production, productivity, and quality reviews with all operating staff regularly, including resolving problems, identifying warehouse system improvements, and other functions.
• Able to operate reach-truck and move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from the warehouse (FIFO), and operate all machinery for the Bushing Production Center.
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, and recommending improvements.
• Conduct monthly physical counts to maintain inventory, reconcile variances, and input data.
• Secure the warehouse at all times and keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
• Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending actions.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Champion the project to establish Singapore as a Logistics hub.
