You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Job Scope
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the construction sector
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to both individuals and groups
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or engineering role within the construction industry
Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, products, and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
A Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field
A self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric approach
