Job description

Our client is a well-known MNC with Local & Overseas Logistics customers ranging from air and sea freight forwarding to warehousing and operation and last mile delivery. With its excellent service satisfaction for the customers, our client has a long-term business partnership with about 700 customers locally and worldwide.

We are currently in search for an Assistant Sales Manager (Air Freight) to cover the local market. An attractive remuneration package awaits !

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts, key contacts and critical personal at various client organizations in order to solicit information for securing business

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects

  • Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention

  • Ensure personal sales targets and/or team KPIs are met

  • Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis

  • Review periodic sales performance against annual plan and strategize corrective actions if expectation falls below target

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma /Degree in relevant discipline with min.5 years of sales hunting experience in Air Freight, preferably in the logistics industry

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality

  • Sales driven to achieve set targets

Salary: Up to $6,500 with AWS.

Work location: Toh Guan Road (Jurong East)

Working Hour: 8am - 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
