Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager, Healthy Precinct (Engagement & Partnership), RHSO(7097)
Overview
As a member of Precinct Planning and Development Department under Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will be involved in development of healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Healthy Precinct is a geographical location with an environment and culture that supports residents to achieve and sustain healthy lifestyles.
The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
Support in planning and operationalising of Health Precincts concept to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders
Support in developing and operationalising plan to empower community to take care of their health.
Develop and implement community health plan for the precincts under your care, with emphasis on preventive health and social-health integration
Track and review progress on implementation of community health plan for different focus areas
Engage & build partnership with internal and community stakeholders e.g. grassroots organisations, social service agencies and healthcare providers to keep patients and residents healthy and integrated care across care settings
Secretariat work for meetings
Any other duties, projects or assignments by Reporting Officer and/or HOD
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Able to think critically
Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
Adept in stakeholder engagementto foster buy-in and collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Resourcefulness in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenges
