Support the preparation of strategic presentations, briefing materials, and event logistics for industry-facing engagements.

Capture industry insights and translate them into inputs for SBI curriculum and programme development, ensuring alignment between TAC needs and training supply.

Support budgeting and forecasting exercises, including data consolidation, variance analysis, and return-on-investment tracking for TAC programmes.

  3. 3. Programmes and Grant Operations Enablement

Coordinate and track grant utilisation and reporting across multiple capability development programmes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and audit-readiness.

Develop and maintain standardised processes for budgeting, claims, and reporting to support repeatability and reduce reliance on ad-hoc approaches.

Contribute to the standardisation and scaling of programme delivery, identifying opportunities where TAC initiatives can be extended into SBI offerings for broader industry impact.

Support internal capability building by streamlining documentation and knowledge sharing, enabling more efficient and insight-driven stakeholder engagement across WDD and SBI.

  4. 4. Impact Tracking & Ecosystem Integration

Facilitate co-branding and partnership opportunities between TACs, SBI, IHLs, and professional bodies under a revenue-sharing or training-as-a-service model.

Ensure SBF positions itself as an end-to-end workforce partner by aligning TAC transformation with SBI’s skills and learning agenda
