The NUHS Group Communications Office drives communications strategies and projects at the cluster level for the National University Health System (NUHS). We seek a dynamic team player and self-driven communications practitioner to join our team to support NUHS’ vision as Singapore’s Academic Health System in shaping medicine and transforming care.

The Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Group Communications Office, will assist in the full spectrum of branding and communications projects, events, and activities as part of the cluster Marketing Communications track. He/she will support assigned projects, events or activities, and work with other cluster/institution communication teams and/or internal stakeholders within NUHS and with external stakeholders like ministries, partners, vendors, and sponsors to execute 360° marketing and branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in branding and marketing campaigns and/or events management for NUHS cluster projects.
  • Support internal stakeholders for their communication needs, events, and activities.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of corporate branding activation campaigns and events.
  • Assistin the development and implementation of brand strategy, ensuring alignment across all external and internal channels.
  • Assist to build a consistentand positive brand experience across varied touchpoints
  • Assist inexecuting employer branding campaigns across all channels to enhance employee experience.
  • Support in all daily management and content development for NUHS LinkedIn page and engage with the community to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Assist with the execution of department or cluster events.
  • Reviewbranding collaterals, newsletter, videos etc., to ensure consistency of the corporate identity.
  • Monitorcampaign metrics and social engagement.
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, or a similar discipline
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experiences
  • Experience in the Singapore healthcare system advantageous but not mandatory
  • Good understanding of marketing communications functions, including brand management, events management and publicity.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.
  • Strong writing skills including copywriting, speech writing, business writing etc.
  • Proficiency in new platforms and tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe, Capcut etc).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
