The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Obtaining and evaluating quotations
- Preparing sub-contract/purchasing documents for review and approval
- Managing project costs
- Assisting in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation, and cost claims
- Preparing final accounts for sub-contract work
- Preparing progress payment certificates for sub-contractors
- Attending meetings as required
- Performing other duties as assigned
