Asst Manager/Senior Manager (Document Policy,Shipping)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and enhance SOPs
• Monitor Shipping Certificate and Clauses on RCL OBL
• Manage the cargo claim & related issues
• Coordination with external legal counsels / Law firm for company business in domestic and overseas
• Provide support to management in negotiation, reconciliation, and judgment in legal dispute issues.

Requirements

• Diploma holder in a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
