Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Product Propositions: Craft and fine-tune product propositions that effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of our offerings, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and target market needs.
  • Deliver Professional Presentations: Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to design and execute presentations. Integrate industry best practices in visual communication and storytelling to convey complex concepts with clarity and precision.
  • Product Training and Coaching: Provide comprehensive training and support to distribution teams and financial representatives on UL, ILP, and CI products.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the PDS lead to develop innovative sales strategies, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and address product-related challenges.
  • Enhance Sales Performance: Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement targeted strategies to optimize overall performance and market impact.
  • Manage Product Communication: Oversee the Product mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Handle product-related communications to maintain clear and effective dialogue with stakeholders and financial representatives
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of campaign appeals and fulfilment strategies. Ensure that campaigns are effectively communicated and delivered to maximize impact and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products.
  • Proven experience in sales and a demonstrated ability to design and deliver influential presentations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with an aptitude for fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential; familiarity with Canva and Adobe programs is an added advantage.
