Brand & Product Innovation

  • Work hand-in-hand with R&D, business development, and design teams to bring to life differentiated, story-driven product experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to align product visuals and messaging with brand DNA.
  • Use market insights and emerging tech trends to inform roadmap decisions.

Marketing Campaigns & Execution

  • Conceptualize and launch integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
  • Manage social media agencies and oversee brand accounts with a strong pulse on platform trends.
  • Drive visibility through PR coordination, influencer collaborations, and on-ground activations.

Tech-Forward Strategy & AI-Driven Optimization

  • Champion the use of AI in content creation, ad optimization, consumer engagement, and data analysis.

Partnerships & Market Growth

  • Co-develop strategic brand partnerships and B2B marketing collaborations.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives and retail promotions with compelling brand concepts.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs.
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements for future marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, consumer lifestyle, or food & beverage.
  • Tech-savvy and hands-on with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Meta Ads Manager AI prompts).
  • Familiar with CRM, performance marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and thrives under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a good dose of curiosity.
  • Ambitious — sees this role as a stepping stone to a Marketing Manager position.
