Your key responsibilities will be
define which IMPA codes should be available in our system, and ensure prices are kept up-to-date.
accurately assign and update IMPA codes for products in the catalogue.
identify or resolve missing or incorrect IMPA codes, working closely with suppliers and the procurement team.
conduct regular audits of product data to ensure consistency and correctness.
flag and correct discrepancies in product information, categorization and descriptions.
liaise with procurement teams, suppliers and internal departments to gather complete and accurate product information.
communicate updates or changes to product data to relevant stakeholders.
recommend and implement improvements to enhance data accuracy and management processes.
